Join us in Bend, Oregon from Tuesday, April 29 through Thursday, May 1 for a FREE skill-share conference organized by and for Oregon RJ community members! This conference is for individuals and organizations currently implementing or considering starting a restorative justice program in their community.
The purpose of this event is to provide training that will expand restorative justice programs in Oregon by weaving together a diverse network of community members from across the state. This event aims to foster new relationships and partnerships in a fun and informative environment. We hope to plant seeds that will grow new initiatives and improve existing RJ programs.
The Expanding RJ in Oregon Conference is supported by funds awarded to the Deschutes County Emerging Adults Program through the Criminal Justice Commission's Restorative Justice Grant Program. Because of this, there is no cost for registration.
There is LIMITED space for this free event and application does not guarantee registration. Final decisions will be made by the Planning Committee no later than March 5th. Priority and preference will be given to for 3- or 4-person Oregon-based RJ teams and individuals offering informational sessions. We request that teams submit ONE complete registration form for everyone.
